With 1 coat, it stays sheer. With 2 to 3 thin coats, it becomes more semi-opaque. It is part of the Green™ range, and it dries without a lamp.

How to Apply? Easy-Peazy
Easy application, long-lasting wear, radiant shine and customizable finish.  

Prep the nail: Remove any grease or residue.
Apply 1 thin layer of Base Coat Green™.
Apply 1 to 3 thin coats of Twizzle.
Finish with 1 layer of Top Coat Green™.
Let each layer dry in the air.
