To easy complete your order, here are some simple tips and steps:
2.1 Shopping as a Visitor
You can complete you order as a Visitor. You will be asked to insert an email, the delivery address and at least one greek telephone number before you complete your purchase at checkout, in order to validly and timely deliver your order to the address you provide us.
2.2 Shopping as a Customer
if you have already an account with us as a customer perfect, just Log in by using your email and your password to our online store mimosaorganicare.com and enjoy.
If not, you may create an account by identifying yourself as a Customer here or at checkout before complete the order. First time a client you will have 10% Discount with your first Order code "WELCOME". Also from that very moment you will be part of our Loyalty Reward Programm, returning to you each time the 3% of the total amount of your purchases. You can accumulate it or/and tranforme it into Vouchers -as you like it- for future uses and enjoy it for your next orders. We do be believe in long term realationships, so it is great for us to be our customer!
2.3 How to Enjoy the WELCOME 10% Discount my First Order
To Enjoy the WELCOME "10% Discount for my First Order" you must have identify yourself as a customer. To use it is very easy. Log in as a client, choose the products you want to buy then go to your cart and insert the code WELCOME at the field DISCOUNT CUPON. Press the arrow boton "→" to valid the discount. You will have -10% of you total ammount (VAT included). Then Proceed to Checkout and comlpete you purchase.
The WELCOME discount is valid once for online purchases and only corresponds to a unique client. This discount cannot be accumulate with other discounts, sales, sesional offers and Loyalty Rewards.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 With Debit or Credit Card:
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” from Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. We accept payments with credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover.
3.2 With cash on delivery:
You can order from our online store and pay on the day of delivery at your place. The deposit can only be paid in cash and for a total amount up to 400 €. Extra delivery costs are charged to the recipient. This payment method is not available for abroad purchases.
3.3 By bank deposit (available is special occasions):
You can order from our online store and pay by Bank deposit. Once you have completed your order by selecting "Deposit to a bank account" you will receive an automatic e-mail with the confirmation number of your order. Follow these steps to complete your payment and send the products
Deposit the exact amount in the bank account of APLHABANK: IBAN GR8201406010601002002017701, indicating the Order Number.
Send us your deposit receipt within the next 2 (two) business days at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we confirm that the transfer has been completed, we will immediately send your order to the address and in the manner, you had originally indicated to us.
In any case, and after the expiry of the time limit for depositing the funds into the account, we cannot guarantee the availability and valid shipment of the products on your order.
This payment method is available ONLY under special conditions to facilitate extraordinary payment conditions
4. Delivery Time and Shipping costs
The delivery time starts when the order confirmation is sent to the buyer. The buyer who so wishes may be informed of the estimated delivery time, depending on the geographical point of delivery, by calling +30 22510 20845 in working days and hours.
Any order placed after 13.00pm will be registered and will be executed the following business day.
You ask us many times. In how many days will I receive my package and the costs? Well
For shipments within Greece the average delivery time is 48 hours, express shipments with ELTA Courier *.
There is no additional cost for purchases more than 32€. In any other case the cost is 3€ and will be added automatically in the checkout page.
Shipping time to Cyprus is 4-6 working days by air. while for the rest of the EU countries in 6-8 working days.
Cyprus. There is no additional shipping cost for purchases more than 120€. In any other case there is an additional fee of 12€.
Rest of EU countries. There is no additional cost for purchases more than 180€ . In any other case there is an additional fee of 19€.
* All our shipments are serviced by our external partner and delivery times are subject to change as circumstances not directly dependent on us.

5. Right to return products.
According to the Retail Trade Law, as regulated by Community law (Directive 97/7 / EC), the customer has 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product to voluntarily withdraw from the purchase the product by writing to us at email@example.com or by phone at +30 22510 20845 (Monday - Wednesday - Saturday 9:00 am to 13:00 pm and Tuesday - Thursday - Friday 09: 00am to 13.00pm & 17.00pm to 20.00pm ) without justifying his or her decision. If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, then the deadline is extended to the next business day.
The product should be in its original packaging, sealed with all its accessories and in excellent condition for hygiene and health reasons. Returns of products that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted. We will complete the refund of the corresponding amount after the above conditions are verified by the payment method followed in the order and within 14 days of the date we are informed of the withdrawal from the sale. In this case the customer incurs the shipping costs.
6. Purchase guarantee
If a product is defective the customer may request a refund and / or replacement by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +30 22510 20845 (Monday - Wednesday - Saturday 9am to 13pm and Tuesday - Thursday - Friday 09:00 to 13:00 & 17:00 to 20:00). Incident reporting can take place within 3 business days of delivery. We will ask for information about the identity of the buyer or the recipient of the order in order to perform the necessary checks and before proceeding with replacing the missing products or the damaged ones.
7. Product Returns
The products should be shipped by registered letter and receipt confirmation to B-CRUX I.K.E. Alkaiou 4, Mytilene 81100
Return to our fiscal store is possible with the purchase proof.
Returns of products purchased with promotional codes will be based on the bid price terms.
Return shipping costs are charged to the buyer except in the case of defective product or non-compliance of the delivered products with respect to the order. In this case shipping and return costs will be charged to us.
8. Law apply and Jurisdiction
Responsible for resolving any dispute as to the existence, interpretation, performance or breach of the sales contract between B-CRUX I.K.E. and the buyer are exclusively designated by the Mytilene Courts under Greek law.
